Baby River has tested negative for Covid-19. Praise the Lord! Angela and the baby will be going home today.
Kirk met with a doctor today who gave him steroids to take for his lungs and has sent him back home to Lakewood.
Thank you all for your continued support and prayers. Please continue to pray for complete healing for everyone. However, note that from now on udates will be posted as important information is reported from the family, which may no longer be on a daily basis as they all continue to recover.
Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Baby River was tested today for COVID-19. Praying for a negative result. Angela’s blood pressure is high. Please pray it comes down so that they can take her off of blood thinners. Keep Kirk and Cathy in your prayers for strength and a complete recovery from COVID-19.

Kirk and Cathy’s daughter, Angela, went into labor today and had her baby. Little River Rae was born this evening and is healthy.
Praise the Lord! Thank you all for your continued support and prayers.

Kirk’s oxygen intake requirement is down to 20%. He is healing a little more slowly than Cathy, but everyone is on the mend. Continued prayers for Angela and Baby River.

Kirk is about the same. Cathy is continuing to improve and has increased energy.
Angela went to the doctor today. She is beginning to dilate. It is important for baby River to not be born for 2 more weeks. Angela needs the time to regain her strength for the delivery. Please pray that Angela test’s negative for Covid before the baby is born. Also pray that the baby will not be born too soon and will be strong and have fully developed lungs.

Kirk and Cathy’s daughter Angela who is 8 months pregnant has tested positive for the 3rd time for Covid 19. She is still experiencing intense pain, even though she feels as if she is getting better.

Cathy is feeling better and has more energy today. Kirk is about the same as yesterday and is still on 50% oxygen. Please pray for continued healing of their lungs.
Angela is a little better today, but each day has its ups and downs. She will have to continue the blood thinner shots almost up until the time she gives birth.

Kirk and Cathy are continuing to feel better. Cathy will be released by the end of the week to leave the house. Tammie and Darren dropped off groceries last night and got to see Kirk and Cathy from a safe distance. Tammie said, “They look great! They have color in their faces, they are able to get around a little.” Kirk and Cathy are so thankful for all of the prayers, support, meals, and help they have received from the church.
Please continue to pray for their daughter Angela who is still experiencing pain and congestion.

Kirk and Cathy are starting to feel better and feel that they are getting on the other side of this virus. They are hoping to have chest X-rays done soon that will show positive progress. Angela still has congestion, body aches and pains. Her husband is feeling much better.
Praise God! Please continue to pray for a complete recovery.

No changes in their health so far today. Kirk did hear back from his doctor. His doctor is letting the virus take it’s course with continued support of the oxygen Kirk was given from the ER doctor.

Kirk and Cathy are feeling the same with no improvement. Please pray for a complete healing of their lungs and the removal of COVID-19 from their bodies. Kirk has been waiting three days for a callback from his doctor. Please pray that his doctor would call ASAP, and that the doctor would have wisdom in how to move forward with his care.

No changes in their health so far today. Kirk did hear back from his doctor. His doctor is letting the virus take it’s course with continued support of the oxygen Kirk was given from the ER doctor.

Kirk and Cathy are feeling the same with no improvement. Please pray for a complete healing of their lungs and the removal of COVID-19 from their bodies. Kirk has been waiting three days for a callback from his doctor. Please pray that his doctor would call ASAP, and that the doctor would have wisdom in how to move forward with his care.
Prayers are also being requested for their daughter Angela. She is having more aches and pains throughout her body from inflammation. Also continued prayers for her husband who is sick and her son who thankfully has no symptoms or signs of illness.
