Margaritte was in the hospital for 2 days. She had a problem with her heart. She is home now. Please pray for continued healing and strength for her.

April and Daniel's friends, Brent and Leighanne had a baby boy, Wyatt, about 2 weeks ago. He was born with a collasped lung, and put on a breathing/blood machine. Docs believe it was caused by a bacterial infection. This type of machine can cause complications in infants, and it caused bleeding in his brain. April told me today (Sat. Jan.12) that the baby has been put on life-support, and may not survive. Please pray for healing and God's will. And also for His grace, comfort, and peace for this precious family, and for my daughter and son-in-law, also.

Please pray for healing for Margaritte. She has a bad rash and swelling on her feet and ankles as well as her shoulders. It may be an allergic reaction or cellulitus. The earliest dr. appt. she could get was for day after tomorrow. Please continue to pray for her complete healing from a bad cold. thank you so much.

aura Matteson "unfortunately his eyes are still not working...so he's been placed on dissability for 4-6 months. They say the brain should figure this out and get back to normal..but it is an incredible strain..and he is pretty confined. He really can't read, watch tv, do computer..without such exhaustion in such a short time. Please continue to pray for God to reach down and heal him. "

I received this prayer request from my dear friend Frances tonight. " Please continue to pray for my niece, Janette, who had the stroke about 2 months ago. There has been damage on her frontal lobe which is preventing her from concentrating and focusing on her rehab. Her emotional state has been running from joking, laughing, talking all over the place, serious talking, to crying and weeping all in one visit of about 2 hours. She had psych evaluation today and she says there is some dementia as well. She will prescirbing some meds to help her focus. She is still grieving her loss of her other life. BUT the good news is that she is praying to God. She told me that her New Years Resolution is to have a closer relationship with God. PRAISE GOD!! She knows that He has given her a second chance to livel I shared to her that HE gives Lots and lots of chances because HE is such a loving God. Please pray specifically that she will stabilize her emotions and be able to focus. Pray that she will be continously encouraged by others and keep that in her heart at al times. Pray that she will take those baby steps in order to take the big ones. Pray that her oldest son mature and take responsibility. Pray that paperwork will go well so she can be transferred to a better facility. Pray for those that visit her will be Encouraging to her. Pray for me to stay up and not get down as it is tough for me emotionally as well. Thanks for all your prayers!!! Frances"

Please continue to keep Melody Bailey in prayer as she is still in Memorial Hospital. Doctors say she did have a seizure of unknown origin, and they will be giving her an EEG test today.

Melody Bailey passed out earlier this morning and was taken to Long Beach Memorial Hospital. She is now conscious and feels fine. Preliminary blood tests have been taken and so far everything looks good, but they will be keeping her overnight for observation and further testing. Please keep both her & John up in prayer.

From Kirk's wife Laura: "OUR MIRACLE : As many of you know about Kirk and his recent health scenario...it is truly amazing to see him so strong and doing so well. It is nothing but a MIRACLE and God answered all of ours and your prayers. The Dr.'s did not expect him to survive the first 24 hours. Those of you who were there know what was said in the diagnosis and then it wasn't to be found!! And in 24 hours Kirk woke up and knew everyone...was able to talk and it was obvious that he was strong in all ways. The Dr's were blown away..funny they just kept searching and searching... (just alittle FYI..Kirk said he was getting tired of daily MRI's and CT scans with contrast and they just couldn't find anything..we are greatful tho that they were conscientious to not stop being attentive ya know?) how many do you know that actually get to be released and go home straight from ICU a day after brain surgery?!! Anyway..we are so thankful to God for Kirk and his life..and know God has much he will do in and thru him and others from this...what Satan means for death...God turns to good/life! Amen!! Please continue to pray for complete and speedy healing of the doublevision in his eyes and a return to work and normal life soon! Thanks so much from the bottom of all our hearts...you are so loved!!! Such a sweet picture of complete joy and happiness here.... A BLESSED NEW YEAR 2013 TO YOU ALL..DRAW CLOSE TO GOD IN ALL THINGS...HE IS FAITHFUL!!!"
